Its my first time stopping at Revelstoke on the way to Vancouver, I was expecting to have disappointing dining experiences along the way as I had in the past. BUT OH MY! Chubby Funsters Kitchen will now become my go to stop anytime I am passing by Revelstoke, heck I might even drive 5 hours from Calgary just to dine here and have an amazing dining experience! The food is delicious, fresh and sophisticated in an accessible way! Meaning that my family who eats Halal was able to find items on the menu that appeased our taste and religious teachings. The staff are warm and welcoming! Parking was a breeze and it was easy to spot the location of the restaurant! Thank you Chubby Funsters! Youve earned a customer for life!
This place was awesome! A very laid back atmosphere and our server Nick was extremely personable, engaging in conversation about the area and the food. We ordered the "Stuffed Yorkies" to start, the my partner got the "Beef Dip", and I ordered the "PB&J Burger" (Nick told us that was his favorite and suggested adding the locally made bacon to it, so I did.) All the food was phenomenal! My burger was a little messy but so delicious, the bacon was definitely worth adding as it was a nice thick cut and cooked well! (Not too crispy, but not too chewy either) I would come back to Revelstoke just to eat here again! Definitely worth checking out if you are in Revelstoke!
OMG! The food was incredible, so flavorful and absolutely perfect! I ordered the Stroganoff, and my friend had the pistachio dish. We were both extremely happy with our meals. Definitely a must-try!
Great local eatery. Highly recommend the burgers since they use a fruit base sauce to switch it up compared to other typical burgers. Portion sizes could be a bit small but definitely quality food. I’ve been here twice (once in 2022 and once in 2023). This place doesn’t disappoint.
LOVE this place. I travel to Revelstoke often enough for work and vacation and went here for the first time (twice actually) and highly recommend. Cocktails are awesome, food is delicious and service was top notch. The place just also gives off such a good vibe. Officially my new favourite spot in Revy.
We have been to Revelstoke several times over the years but last night was our first time at Chubby Funsters. I must say, it's a great place for a drink and a snack. The food and drink menu is respectful. We had the homous and calamari, both were excellent. Service was friendly and attentive. We will be back. Thanks guys. We are doing an update. Different restaurant name but still excellent food and drinks. Service, excellent. The manager Tommy is a top drawer guy. Yep, get in there and have good food and a friendly experience. Servers are excellent, friendly and informative.
Excellent eatery in the heart of downtown. Perfect for a drink or a bite after a long day on the mountains. The staff are super kind and accommodating. It does tend to get busy, so I do suggest arriving early if you’d like a seat sooner. Beef Dip and Apple Pie were both delicious.
This place has really done a 180 with the updated name and menu. The gnocchi was 10/10 and my partner had the elk stroganoff also 10/10. The drink menu is awesome I tried the “moving to the country” and also give it a solid 9/10. Very pleasantly surprised with the changes. This location went from last on my list in town of places to eat to near the top. Will be back soon to try more of the menu!!
